New Conspiracy Theory: Mad Cow and Geoengineering
CWD/Chronic Wasting Disease and Mad Cow, and the prion theory, are really just cover stories for the damage done by geoengineering over the last 60+ years – specifically, the long term impacts of nano-scale aluminum and barium on the brains/CNS of mammals generally.

- covering ice with silicate sand

What they ARE DOING, and have been doing, is geoengineering … and it’s just about tapped out in terms of effectiveness.
