Because I have a decent counter example (UTAH 2021-23), I can specify a new pattern from my “friends”:
- They offer a place to live.
- They put you though a version of sleep and rest deprivation.
- They shuffle schedules and POKE you with tech.
Don’t stay in a place like that:
