Of Snow Piercer, Bottle Episodes and “Ascension” (2014) …

The Snow Piercer premise is about as useless as any “hey, let’s put people in a bottle episode” premise …

it’s an idealized Skinner box style trolley problem fuck fest … with many deos ex machina escape ramps …

it has a decent character assemblage and overall story …

it was done differently in 2014 …

Also: wouldn’t people had thought “hey, fuck, life has hung on around geothermal vents since FUCKING FOREVER …” …

If money wasn’t an issue …

Things that might be a waste of time:

  1. Moon Landings
  2. JFK
  3. FEDERAL RESERVE
  4. ILLUMINATI and all “secret” societies
  5. Flat Earth and other radical cosmologies (simulation theory)
  6. UFOs /ETs
  7. The Holocaust

It’s more likely the forces at work against us are NOT the theatrical puppet armies presented.

The truth of these forces might exist, but it is in the background and not apparent; the foreground is polluted with lies and noise.

If you need to obsess over anything on the above list, or other items that are missing, this is ON YOU … I can’t provide assistance. It’s like the “Holocaust”: whatever the real truth is, it is separate from how this concept/event/term has been used to justify horrors, and this seems fundamentally wrong and never the correct response to historical or ordinary trauma. The deeper “truth”, that is shared, is that THEY have always been attacked, and they tend to avoid reasons why.

Where I am at:

  1. The job I didn’t think I’d get, even though all my co-workers from the sub-gig thought I would, I didn’t get.
  2. The Israel/Iran thing is looking faker by the day: perhaps real missiles are being used, and people are dying, but the underlying motives and behaviors looks orchestrated.
  3. There are very few good explanations for Trump’s “leave Tehran” bullshit, nor the rapid ethnic cleansing of GAZA, unless there’s a shelf life on all this.
  4. Though the rent has gone up, and I am none-too-happy about it, I may end up renting here past the whole “new regime”. As distasteful as it is, I don’t have many options.
  5. I feel like tossing out everything I think I know and starting from scratch.
  6. Are we occupied by a Zionist shadow government? – were the Turner Diaries CIA drek to hijack this, the same way they created the Libertarian Party?
  7. I feel like starting over, tipping over all the tables in my mind, whipping the bad ideas. I don’t think this is a rejection of God, but if it is? – so be it. God will not be hurt.
  8. I would rather be drowned like a cat than to be homeless in America: that’s the sign I’ll carry.
  9. I am sanguine about being exsanguinated …
  10. If it is the end of the world, why do we care?
