IMPLODING INCUBATORS

Imploding incubator: these are large scale social experiments, NAZI Germany and the USSR and Communist China are exemplars. These large scale experiments have the purpose of incubating and experimenting with ideas that the host society would not tolerate. These incubators can produce both technological innovation AND experimental data on the manipulation of millions of people.
