- As you know, I didn’t get that job I was hoping to get. It’s okay, I’m going to figure something out.
- I have managed to pull together the funds to keep the blog going another month, maybe two. Beyond that I can’t tell you, and I really don’t think it will be a concern (but it has felt like that since late 2021).
- A great many things that seemed random in my personal life 10 years ago do not seem random today. I’ve had a whole slew of online cyber stalkers pinging my email since October of last year: in the last few days it has dried up, seemingly disappeared. This would be expected in the final days of boblimptock or “Popping Smoke”.
- Many people I used to talk to, I am gladdened that I haven’t heard from them in years. I know the advice I’ve given, so I guess I’m being a hypocrite here … or am I.
- I cannot entertain fantasies of “family reunions” or “old timey get togethers” or Thanksgiving with the fam. This all seems dead to me, 2019 thinking.
- You know how I’ve said this area, Port Angeles / Sequim WA, feels like a deep state middle management retirement mecca? What if I’ve NOTICED another group retiring around here as well: and then we go back to Vern Burton, SR … wheels inside of wheels …
- It’s not random, I just don’t know what it is.
