UNINSURABLE: the fat canary in the coalmine sing-a-long …

Here are some good markers of immanent collapse:

  1. price of healthy animal protein (eggs, chicken, beef, pork, fish, etc). Price spikes and shortages won’t be pretty.
  2. price of diesel fuel (the world economy runs on diesel). this has an impact on everything else, to include number 1 above.
  3. and whether or not an insurance company will INSURE you.

My brother and I found a place, we move in tomorrow.

  • no detectable meth lab
  • no apparent sink hole problem
  • no MIASMA wave that causes your eyes to burn
  • no weirdo that accuses you of “purposely being rude” (which is nice)

There’s a dog that’s nice, a golden retriever …

There’s a well tended landscape, with a nice view …

The house comes furnished.

The owners might not be cannibals …
